With a growing head office team in Thomastown, the business needed a workplace that reflected its values of passion, teamwork and dependability. The new space had to bring people together, support collaboration and create room for future growth.

Through discovery we learned that the existing setup of individual offices was holding the team back. Sales, finance and admin staff needed closer connection, while still having access to quiet spaces when focus mattered. The company wanted a workspace that felt vibrant and spacious, but also cost-effective, with the option to expand gradually as the team grows.

Our design balanced open plan workstations with private offices and quiet booths, ensuring the right mix of energy and focus. Each workstation was equipped with height adjustable desks, dual monitor arms, wireless charging and privacy screens. Meeting rooms were designed to support everything from quick calls to full video conferences, while breakout areas encouraged a sense of community. By allowing space for six additional staff in the future, the layout offered flexibility without compromising comfort today.

Sensa’s construction team brought the design to life with precision and care. The new workplace now provides executives with private offices and the wider team with functional, collaborative zones that enhance daily workflow. The balance of shared and quiet spaces has created a more connected culture, ensuring Uniform Safety team has the right environment to perform at their best.
