Terry Phillips

With a wealth of experience in the commercial interiors industry across installations, drafting, sales and project management, Terry brings a rare in-depth understanding of the entire construction project life cycle.

Terry has been instrumental in Sensa’s many complex projects. His focus, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills ensure that each project is managed seamlessly. Similarly, his focus on strong relationships with all stakeholders and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard are marks of his experience and dedication.

    For its regional headquarters in Mulgrave covering two floors with a total floor area of 2,800 sqm, Daimler turned to us to design and construct an entirely new office fitout.

    University of Melbourne - Werribee Campus

    The University of Melbourne’s U-Vet Werribee Animal Hospital and Werribee Campus underwent a $63 million redevelopment to improve pet treatment facilities and training for future veterinarians. As part of the redevelopment, the hospital entrance, a café, landscaped gardens, visitor parking, and accessibility were improved to connect all areas of the campus.
