As part of the Bendigo City Revitalisation Project, the $50 million Bendigo TAFE City Campus redevelopment united Sensa Interiors with Kane Construction and Nicholson Construction to deliver a world-class educational facility. The goal was to transform the campus into a central hub for learning, innovation, and community connection.

Bendigo TAFE set out to redefine its campus experience. The goal was more than just modernising facilities; it was about creating a dynamic space for students, teachers, and the wider community to connect, learn, and innovate. The campus needed to accommodate diverse functions including education, social interaction, applied research, and local business engagement.
