During the discovery session, HL Pharma shared a clear vision for a professional and collaborative workspace that supports both focused work and active teamwork. They required private offices, a functional meeting room, a welcoming reception area and efficient links to the warehouse. Their culture of trust, expertise and end to end service shaped the design brief.

Sensa created a warm and modern workspace that blends professionalism with comfort. The design introduces soft natural tones, textured finishes and biophilic elements, giving the office a calm and welcoming feel. Glass fronted offices and meeting rooms allow natural light to travel through the entire floor, supporting a clear and open environment while maintaining privacy where needed.

The boardroom features a warm timber table, ambient lighting and acoustic wall finishes that lift the space without feeling clinical. The collaboration zone brings energy with its bold feature wall, high bench seating and integrated screen for quick discussions. Workstations are arranged to encourage teamwork and are paired with ergonomic seating and privacy screens. Greenery across the office softens the space and provides a natural balance to the structured layout.

Sensa delivered a workspace that feels polished, cohesive and ready for growth. The reception area now provides a refined welcome with soft seating, custom joinery and clear brand presence. Private offices are bright and organised, with functional storage and generous desk space for focused work.

The open work area supports team based tasks with natural light, acoustic comfort and a clean aesthetic that makes the space enjoyable to work in. Collaboration areas and the boardroom were completed with careful attention to lighting, finishes and furniture, ensuring every setting feels purposeful and professional.
