Their old Thomastown warehouse and office building needed a complete overhaul to transform into a state-of-the-art corporate head office space, warehouse, workshop, and training facility. That’s where we came in to materialise their vision.

We did in depth consultation with the Alfex team to discover how their office functions.

We discovered that the commercial space needed to represent the company’s family heritage.

In addition, they wanted to uphold a branding image for their ‘HAAS’ range of products.  HAAS is one of the sponsors  of the Formula 1 racing . Like the F1 team, Alfex’s design and attention to detailed perfection were to be a representation of culture, precision, and excellence, providing a world-class experience throughout their office space.

We provided the Alfex team with 3D visual renders, mood boards. Our design options focused on operational efficiencies, fine aesthetics, and a broad range of quality materials tailored to the specific requirements identified in the Discover phase.

As you walk up the stairs to the reception, you will find their historical timeline along the rails. We also incorporated some F1 wallpapers in the workstation area to inspire their team member.

The lighting and the fitting chosen were of premium quality to represent the  premium quality of Alfex’s products and services.

The construction phase inlcuded painting, electrical, lighting and data, mechanical, plumbing, fire services, carpentry, joinery, furniture and architectural fittings.

We also installed customised carpets for the entire office and a bi-fold walling system in the training/meeting space for more flexibility.

We also took care of the CCTVs and security system installations.

We were successful in providing an outstanding workplace for Alfex that ticked of all the their requirement on the brief.
