BPA Early Learning

BPA Early Learning relocated from a smaller and older tenancy into a new 600 sqm space in Ravenhall.

The new tenancy needed more than a refresh. It needed to support the way their team works each day, with better flow, more useful spaces and a more welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

We worked with BPA Early Learning to renovate the full tenancy and create a workplace that felt fresh, functional and considered.

BPA Early Learning came to us with a clear need. They were moving into a new tenancy and wanted the space to better suit their team, their operations and their future requirements.

The existing layout did not make the best use of the floorplate. Older style cubicles limited movement through the workstation area, the comms room was larger than required, and the tenancy needed new spaces to support meetings, training, wellbeing, utilities and team connection.

Budget was also an important consideration. BPA Early Learning had specific requirements that needed to be achieved within a defined project budget.

We worked closely with their team to understand what mattered most, where the space needed to work harder, and how we could deliver the right outcome without unnecessary complexity.

Our design approach focused on making the tenancy more open, more efficient and easier to use.

We removed the existing workstation layout and created a better flow through the main work area. The new layout introduced height adjustable workstations, giving the team a more flexible and comfortable place to work.

We also reduced the oversized comms room to suit BPA Early Learning’s actual needs. This involved removing the existing comms room infrastructure, including the false floor, and reworking the area so the space could be used more effectively.

Across the tenancy, we introduced a wellness room, training room, additional meeting room, utilities space and a refreshed reception. We also created a new kitchen and breakout space, giving the team a more comfortable setting for informal connection and daily use.

The finishes, joinery, loose furniture, floorcoverings and lighting adjustments were selected to give the workplace a fresh and practical feel while keeping the project aligned with the required scope and budget.

We delivered the full tenancy renovation through a fixed price contract, giving BPA Early Learning greater cost certainty from the beginning.

Our scope included new floorcoverings, joinery, loose furniture, workstations, mechanical adjustments, electrical works, lighting adjustments and a new kitchen.

Throughout the delivery, we focused on keeping the project aligned with the agreed scope, budget and timeframe. This gave BPA Early Learning a well coordinated process and a completed workspace that reflected their requirements.

The completed workplace gives BPA Early Learning a more open, practical and welcoming environment. The floorplate now flows better, the team has access to more useful spaces, and the tenancy feels better aligned to the way the organisation works.
