We worked closely with the leadership team at The Merchantwise Group to understand their goals for their new premises. They wanted an integration of modern design to reflect their corporate image and values, with a high-quality construction that provides functionality and inspiration. The new workplace should encourage enhanced collaboration between teams, improve communication and create an enriching experience for their employees.
Design
Our interior design tem ensured that the Merchantwise colour palette and brand identity were central to the look and feel of the project. With floor to ceiling glass along an external wall, natural light pours into the space, creating a feeling of wellness and harmony. The office incorporates many diverse areas to provide and support flexible working styles: open collaboration areas, informal spaces, boardroom, quiet areas for focused work, and a large kitchen and breakout area for employees to relax and connect. To compliment the design, we also specified and supplied an extensive range of stylish and flexible furnishings.
Deliver
As part of our comprehensive solution, we oversaw all project management from the initial design through to completion. By coordinating all stages of the project, including trades and personnel, we were able to ensure the timelines were met and the project was delivered within budget, meeting all regulatory requirements.
