Original Engines Co expanded its office to support growth and accommodate additional staff.
They secured a space adjacent to its existing warehouse in Kisylth, Victoria, and engaged Sensa Interiors to handle the design and fitout. The objective was to create a professional, functional workspace that aligned with the company’s operational needs.

We applied the SensaARC methodology to understand the client’s needs and develop a tailored design that would optimise the workspace and support the company’s growth.
Through the discovery process, we unpacked some of the key requirements that included a large boardroom, a breakout area for employee relaxation, and a combination of private offices and open-plan workstations.
Design
This office is a great example of intelligent interior design, fitting private office rooms, a huddle area, open-plan workstations, a boardroom, and a breakout area—all within 130 sqm over two levels.
To incorporate the branding, we specified a few furniture in the brand colour – red. Artwork was added to some walls. We also applied customised frosting to glass partitions. A bespoke huddle table was created in the shape of the company logo.

We managed the project from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and a high quality fitout. The client appreciated the top quality work of several trades people.
