RMS Cloud

RMS Cloud is a leading provider of software solutions to the global hospitality industry.
When RMS Cloud reached out to us, they were ready for a workplace refresh. Their head office in Keilor Park had served them well, but it no longer supported the needs of a growing team or reflected the dynamic nature of their business. The goal was to create a more functional, flowing space without overhauling what didn’t need changing. Through strategic planning and a commitment to making the most of existing infrastructure, we delivered a future-ready workspace that feels seamless, modern and distinctly RMS.

Discover
RMS Cloud works at the cutting edge of the tech industry, where things move fast. Their team needed a workspace that could support that pace and adapt as they grow. The existing office had become fragmented over time, and the layout no longer suited their operational flow or culture.
Their brief was clear. They needed more workstations to accommodate a growing team. They wanted better connectivity across the office, improved meeting spaces with integrated AV, and a clearer sense of cohesion between departments. And they wanted to do all of this without overcapitalising.
We worked closely with their leadership and IT team to understand not just the technical requirements of the space, but also how the office could better support the way their people work.

Design
The design centred around three guiding principles: clarity, connection, and continuity.
We reimagined the open-plan layout to encourage movement and connection, while maintaining zones for focused team activity. Existing infrastructure was leveraged wherever possible, including the reuse of carpet tiles and the integration of existing AV systems, to keep the project both sustainable and budget-conscious.
To help RMS Cloud envision the transformation, we presented a 3D walkthrough early in the process. This provided confidence in the direction and helped fast-track alignment across internal stakeholders.
The boardroom received particular attention. It was designed not just as a meeting space, but as a hub for collaboration, client interaction and digital presentation. We created a boxed out void in the boardroom wall behind the display, then connecting that through the floor to the large boardroom table ensuring the space remains clean and professional without compromising on functionality.

Deliver
With a fully integrated team and clear direction from day one, the project moved forward with minimal disruption to RMS Cloud’s daily operations. One key challenge was coordinating the reuse of carpet tiles while achieving a cohesive final look. Working closely with our supplier and design team, we relocated tiles between zones to create deliberate visual transitions and highlight areas, without compromising consistency.
The entire process was guided by our SensaARC methodology, ensuring the project stayed clear, connected and on course from concept to completion.
