SEDA College

The commercial lease expired on SEDA College’s previous premise and they took a strategic decision to relocated to a new space to create a better working environment for their team. We worked with them to create a new workspace that will fulfill their expectations.

During the discovery session, we identified that they wished to promote collaboration in their workplace. However, due to the nature of the job they would require separate rooms for various teams and individuals.

To promote collaboration while still ensuring privacy for various teams and individuals, we designed a layout with glass partitions fostering a sense of openness and encouraging spontaneous collaboration and communication among team members. Glass walls also allow natural light to penetrate deeper into the office making the space appear larger and at the same time make the office more energy efficient.

Our office fitout services covered the full scope of the project, including design, full glass and plaster partitioning, electrical and mechanical work, custom joinery, acoustic wall paneling, and furniture installation.

We also coordinated the relocation of their existing furniture to align with their timeline.

In the end, we delivered a workspace that aligned with SEDA College’s vision.
