The main challenge was to transform this concrete office shell into a funky studio space.
Seesaw had a special requirement with storage. They wanted a custom built storage that is robust, large, and industrial in appearance but at same time should be modern.
Design
Our design included a multipurpose large breakout area with open plan workstations, and a bespoke storage system with full height timber doors that blends in with the studio theme.
Deliver
Due to the internal construction of the space being industrial in style, acoustic components were essential to allow the office to function effectively. Acoustic materials were incorporated in the workstation screens to reduce noise transfer.
The result of the refurbishment is a funky ‘studio’ design, which attracts clients and expresses what the company represents.
